Project Sathi — operationally known as Sai Helping Hands Foundation — is a non-profit born from the belief that conversations around health need more space, more compassion, and more courage. Based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, we work at the intersection of mental wellness, sexual health education, and community building.
We create events, digital tools, campaigns, and safe spaces that make support accessible to those who need it most — normalizing conversations that society has long kept in the shadows.

At 17, Viddushi Choudhary launched what would become one of Bengaluru's most heartfelt youth-led health initiatives. Uncertain, audacious, and unwavering — she took the first step without knowing where the path would lead. That step became Project Sathi.
Now 19, and formally registered as the Director of Sai Helping Hands Foundation, Viddushi bridges worlds that rarely intersect: the grassroots compassion of NGO work and the sharp acumen of corporate ambition. She is a HubSpot-certified sales professional, a SEBI-certified investor, a BCG strategy simulation alumna, and a Harvard HPAIR 2025 delegate — all while running a non-profit and pursuing her BBA at TAPMI.
Her 90.6% in 12th grade Commerce, her appearances at IIT Roorkee's COMET 2025 and the TiE Global Summit 2024, and her stints as campus ambassador for IIM Ahmedabad, IIT Indore, and IIT Roorkee paint a picture of someone who refuses to be ordinary.
